Erica Bearss has an MBA in Leadership and Management from Royal Roads University and a BA with honours in Modern Language and Literature from the University of Ottawa. Ms. Bearss brings 20+ years of senior level management experience in marketing, operations, technology, communications, and education in both private and public companies.
