July 27th marked an important milestone in our graduate's lives. CCTB is proud to confer these postsecondary diplomas and certificates to graduates who come from diverse backgrounds. Graduates have come from other countries as international students, as newly landed immigrants seeking meaningful careers in their new home; or are Canadian students who have exhibited courageous resolve to pivot to an entirely different profession.

More importantly, it marked an important milestone for those who have surrounded our graduates with love and support during their time at CCTB. We would like to convey our deepest gratitude to friends, family, and our industry training partners who have joined us today in celebrating our graduates.

Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that the territories on which CCTB and its campus are situated are the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We thank them for having cared for this land since time immemorial, honour their graciousness to the students who seek knowledge here, and iterate our dedication to valuing the ongoing contributions of Indigenous peoples and communities.
