This page lists the various methods you can use to quickly and easily pay your tuition fee.

How to Pay Tuition Fees

Always include your Student Number (starts with CT100). No tuition payments on campus.

  • ONLINE: go to https://pay.canadianctb.ca to pay your fees through credit card.
    • There is a 2.00% transaction charge for using credit card payments.
  • IMPORTANT: call your bank in advance to make sure you have enough credit limit. 
  • E-Transfer is the fastest way to pay your tuition fees. There are no additional charges.
  • This payment method can be used for transactions in Canada only. If you are paying outside Canada, use other methods.

Step 1: find your CCTB Student Number.

Step 2: go to Interac e-Transfer in your mobile banking app.

Step 3: send the e-Transfer to studentpayments@canadianctb.ca

Step 4: in the Message section, write your Student Number and the item you are paying for.

  • Example only (do not copy): CT1001234 – Tuition Fees

Step 5: send a screenshot of your e-Transfer confirmation to studentfinance@canadianctb.ca.

 

  • IMPORTANT: Interac e-Transfer has auto-deposit set up. Make sure you are sending the correct amount for your tuition fees.
  • Set up bill payments on your online banking system.
  • This payment method can be used for transactions in Canada only. If you are paying outside Canada, use other methods.
  • Online bank bill payments only work with HSBC, RBC, Scotiabank, BMO and CIBC.
Payment Options

Step 1: find your CCTB Student Number. 

Step 2: add “CANADIAN COLLEGE OF TECH & BUSINESS” as a bill payee to your online bank account.

Step 3: use your CCTB Student Number as the account number.

Step 4: send a screenshot of your bill payment confirmation to studentfinance@canadianctb.ca.

  • IMPORTANT: it may take up to five business days for your online payment to reach CCTB.

You can use a wire transfer to send tuition fees to the college. Note that wire transfers may take up to two weeks (14 days) to process, which may make you miss your tuition deadline.

Step 1: find your CCTB Student Number.

Step 2: go to the bank and give them this bank transfer information.

Step 3: save a copy of the payment receipt.
