Naseeb has extensive experience of more than 15 years in Software Industry, leading end-to-end software delivery activities such as software ideation and conceptualization, scoping business requirements, engagement roadmaps, design guidance, estimation, planning, schedule, monitoring & control, execution, quality assurance in software testing, performance evaluation, risk assessment, and people management. In his professional career, he has trained teams in areas such as product engineering, product architecture, program/project management, Agile Scrum, DevOps and boosting value addition to teams through the use of various automation approaches.

He led and worked with global teams from Europe, Japan, and North America to develop enterprise solutions using Microsoft.Net C#, Java, MS SQL Server, Web Services & REST APIs, and Mobile and Cloud Technologies for Web, Desktop and Mobile applications. He has put the agile technique to extensive use and educated several teams to adopt the agile attitude.

As a software professional, he believes that it is more important to have a better understanding of concepts and build confidence. Being a TOGAF® certified, rather of presenting the topics in isolation, he collaborates with the team to help them develop a mindset that allows them to understand the big picture.
